UK SIM for Data, Local and International Calls

It has been about a year and a half since I was last in London. During that visit I used 3 UK. I wasn't happy with the phone service. It kept dropping.

I'll be in London for a week in June. I'll need a SIM for pretty heavy data, international calls and local calls. I'm considering Lebara. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

Assuming it is till working, I plan to pull out my old unlocked Samsung Galaxy Note 1. It was fine last summer but I think was seeing its last days. If my Note is no longer an option, I'll unlock my current phone -- the Samsung Mega.
