Does anyone have a recommendation for Montenegro in terms of SIM card to use? Beside voice I'd like to have data at some reasonable rate.
Seems to me that Piranha doesn't have data coverage there and while Ekit does, it is also expensive.

Two of the three ekit SIMs I checked did not do data in Montenegro. Be prepared for no data use there.

buy a local t-mobile prepaid card.
They cost 5 Euro including 5 Euro balance.
prepaid data packages available:
1 day internet with 100 MB included costs 0,5 EUR
7 days internet with 500 MB included costs 3 EUR
15 days internet with 1 GB included costs 5 EUR
