Thailand voice AND data prepaid?

Hi all,

On my trips to Thailand I've used 1-2 Call SIM cards for data only.

A friend is traveling next week and he need a voice AND data prepaid SIM card.
Is there such an option in Thailand?

Sure, any operator has quite attractive voice and data options on PAYG
I recommend you the truemove InterSIM which has a) most international landline calls for 1 baht/min (dial 00600-country-number, e.g. 006001570123123 for a number in the US)
and several data packages.
If you dont order a data package they charge 1 baht/minute, capped at 49 baht/day (afterwards flatrate)

I ask since I have had very good experience with their data plans.

My friend is not really tech-savvy so I want to provide him all the necessary info beforehand.

He has a iPhone 4, so he'll need a microsim.

Here are the latest data packages:

voice to Israel is 5/7 baht/min (landline/mobile) using the prefix 00500972xxx
(on truemove it is 1/4 baht/min with 00600972xxx)

regarding MicroSIM he has to mention this at the shop. They will either be able to sell you a MicroSIM or cut out a big one.
