![]() Hi
I'm using this small device for about a month now. For those who don't know what it is: YouTube - MiFi 2352 (HSUPA Unlocked.) Mifi 2352 It's a portable Wifi accesspoint that is able to setup a 3G connection. I like it very much, it's fast, easy to install, and nice for traveling. You can keep your regular sim-card in your phone, and use a local datacard, for those in need of lot's of data in a specific country. ![]() Hi Yves,
That's actually a very interesting device, about which I already created a (still quite empty) page on the 3G modem wiki: Novatel MiFi 2352 - 3G modem wiki Would be great if you shared your experience with that device on the wiki. I'm especially interested, if it has a connector for an external antenna and also how that microSD-drive is accessible from the LAN. Which protocols does it support? FTP, samba, etc.? Can you activate WAN-access for it? Does the device have remote management? regards, Inquisitor postpaid: O2 on Business XL; prepaid: DE: Aldi Talk, Lidl; UK: 3; BG: MTel, vivacom; RU: MTS; RS: MTS; UAE: du Tourist SIM; INT'L: toggle mobile VoIP: sipgate.de (German DID); sipgate.co.uk (British DID); ukddi.com (British DID); sipcall.ch (Swiss DID); megafon.bg (Bulgarian DID); InterVoip.com |
