![]() When I look at the front page of their website it says 0.19 euro to fixed lines and 0.29 euro to mobile numbers.
This rate applies to the gtp plan as the b2b plan has 9.95 monthly rental charge and in the prices part of the site it says no monthly service charge. thblob as you said you have a replacement card and I asume that this is the old card that does offer no cost for incoming calls. The site is just not very clear. Even when you have no incoming cost, I could not find a list of countries on the site that have no incoming cost. On the frontpage it says gprs worldwide 0.10/kb when going to the prices part of the site it says gprs 1 cent per kb, in the pricelist is says 10 kb 0,10 cents. So a little mistake on the frontpage. When registering it does indeed say that you can have a phone number from 50 different countries. This is a nice option but no where on the website is there any information on this option and on how it works or not. I can only asume that if you have an incoming number it would cost x euro per month and forwarding the number to your mobile will also not be free of charge (maby this is the 0.19 cent for incoming calls ?), but I can only asume this as their is no information on the site about this option. Conclusion is that gt-sim at the moment is not a very clear site, there are 3 pricing structures but when buying a card I don't know which one will apply. When there is free incoming there is no countrylist. The rate calculater only shows the b2b and gtp charges, both have no free incoming. When buying a card I would really want to know what I am buying and what charges will be applied when calling, this is not very clear and really confusing at gt-sim. I hope they will update their site to give some more info. |

![]() Check for any connection charges or per minute billing. This is often where "cheap" headline rates get increased.

If it would be possible, I would keep the old Callkey tariff, because itīs more favourable then the incoming 19 Euro cent. Quote:

Gt-Sim is not very clear about this. It would become a huge succes if they would have a did number forwared at no cost to a cell phone and have no incoming cost (roaming), but I thing the 19 cent incoming applies to the forwarded call from the did number, but again gt-sim is not clear about this. |

GT-SIM is clear about this, cause I have it in written form on paper in front of me. DID numbers will be forwarded !tariff free! to the +447924... numbers, but you will be charged for incoming calls 19 Euro cent in EACH case. So the system does not make differences between forwarded DID or a other incoming call. Dear bbob would you please inform yourself before you write a comment? |

![]() Johndo if you would have read my post you would have read that the gt-sim website has very little information. You seem to have something in front of you but when you seem to know everything, please give the the page on the gt-sim website where I can read this, because I can't find that info
If you read a little back in this thread thblob was posting info that he was not charged the 0.19 cent incoming when testing this in germany. So why is he not paying and you have info that even on the 7924 number you are charged 0.19 euro. I repeat myself the gt-sim website does also mention b2c plan which has 0 cost for incoming calls. My only point is that the gt-sim website is very confusing and not clear about who is paying what and that there seems to be info you have written form which is not on the gt-sim website. |

![]() do you really want to continue in a tone like that, saying crying for, I know you don't like me but stop pissing me off like that unless you want to created another mudthrowing thread again and start personal attacks. But maybe this is they way you like to express yourself ?
Yes I can call and they could give me verbal information. But verbal information is not really worth anything. Verbal information can't be verified. Sure someone on the phone can tell me lots of things and for what I know next month's they can tell me a different story and another customer service rep can tell antoher story. The internet is the easiest way to communicate with your customers. You can put clear information on your site which can be read by anyone. Also when comparing a service to antoher service it can be easily done. My only point is that their site does not have this information, and if you feel that I should contact them to clarify these points I can only comment that if they do their job all these questions could have been answered in an faq on their website as these questions are just normal questions. Or maybe it's just time for them to update their website |

![]() Itīs always the same with you, you donīt bring in here some news, your style to write here is to make rumours and start with other members written fights. And even more you canīt handle critics, so what do you await? |

![]() It's very nice of you to comment in a personal way, it seems that you have a problem if I don't agree with you.
Maybe you should understand that there are different ways of looking at things. You can do it your way I do it my way. You don't have to agree with my way and I don't have to agree with your way. But explain to me why do you feel the need to insult me calling me what you called me. You comments really show that you can't discuss in a normal way and want to make things personal. As for what you think written fights, I just discuss but your choice it to make this into a written fight by making it personal and using words. Grow up and discuss things normally . A mirror is also a nice thing, I can't handle critics, have you ever looked into the mirror, go and read this thread and see who started using insulting words here. Please get back to the topic and show that you can discuss in a grow up way without you going into a stupid fight using words. |
