Simyo (Belgium) is offering a FREE SIM card, with 5 euro's of call credit, and no shippingcost (at least within Belgium).

This offer is available only until october 31th, 2007

This offer is also available to foreigners AFAIK

I'll be in Belgium at the beginning of December, it could be useful, but if they don't ship abroad I see it a bit complicated...
