Country: | Question About 15 Minute Increment Plans -

11-10-2010, 20:45 I have a question about how usage is computed on time-based data plans that require 15 minute minimum increments. If I connect for 5 minutes beginning at 8:01 a.m., and then connect again for 5 minutes beginning at 8:09 a.m., is that considered 15 minutes or 30 minutes? Also, I sure wish someone could try to answer my earlier question about the email-to-SMS gateway to TIM in Italy. Effendi? |

Country: | 12-10-2010, 08:28 Each connection to the internet is charged at least with 15 minutes. Regardless if you use one second or 14:59:59 min. So in your scenario you are charged 30 minutes. Chris Thailand: truemove (phone+sms+wifi) International: xxSim+372, toggle +44/+49/+41/+31 Phones: Huawei Mate7, Huawei P9 |

Country: | 12-10-2010, 18:54 Thanks for the info. That means a person could rack up hours of usage within a single 15-minute window by having a device that connects and disconnects frequently. |
