WIND activate/deactivate offer?

Hi,

I bought a WIND prepaid SIM, and some offer 7EUR/month for 1GB internet, 120 min. calls (?) was activated by the shop assistant.

Unfortunately he did not speak English and I did not speak Italian, so I was unable to ask him on how to handle this offer.

As I am not in Italy now, I would like to cancel the 7 EUR / month package from the card, then reactivate some package when/before going to Italy the next time.

How do I deactivate/reactivate these options by SMS? I do not even know what the name of this package is...

What happens if there is no credit for the option on the card? Will the balance go into the minus range or will it simply cancel the option until I recharge? Then does it reactivate automatically or do I have to do it manually?

To deactivate send an SMS to 4033 writing ALL NO
If you do not deactivate the option it will take all the credit you have and go below zero at least once. It's better to deactivate or directly buy a new sim-card the next time you are in Italy.
