![]() Does this include B&You SIM cards? Will you order them for UK residents? They have to be ordered with a French credit/debit card for delivery to a French address, ideally via a B&you user account created by the eventual customer.

![]() There are at least ten people, including many in a thread at http://www.prepaidgsm.net/forum/fran...-prepayee.html, who will pay your expenses for ordering a B&You SIM card. In addition to an exchange, will you also order them for anyone who pays your total expenses?

![]() You wrote "FR SIM cards" (plural). Sorry if I misunderstood. You would be very popular here if you could help out with obtaining B&You SIM cards. My B&You SIM card is already on its way, so I'm speaking for others.

![]() The mentioned directive protects individuals against immediate discrimination because of nationaliy but it is not applied where discrimination emerges as a sideeffect for different reasons, be it fraud prevention, billing issues or technical reasons. While I would applaud if operators were forced to provide service to any EU citizen, in fact I won't be allowed to sign a postpaid contract outside Germany and you won't get one here because you don't have a German bank account. These directives, by the way, are ridiculous as long as they don't have direct binding legal effect but instead just obligate member states to implement them in national law, which they will do one or the other way or not at all.
And please don't scare away our new contributor with hairsplitting discussions, especially as he is the only French guy around. postpaid: O2 on Business XL; prepaid: DE: Aldi Talk, Lidl; UK: 3; BG: MTel, vivacom; RU: MTS; RS: MTS; UAE: du Tourist SIM; INT'L: toggle mobile VoIP: sipgate.de (German DID); sipgate.co.uk (British DID); ukddi.com (British DID); sipcall.ch (Swiss DID); megafon.bg (Bulgarian DID); InterVoip.com |

![]() Discrimination against place of residence is also covered, and I've checked that this does cause the legislation to apply to payment methods. While a mobile network could lawfully discriminate for postpaid contracts by place of residence (because it is providing a credit line), it could not lawfully discriminate for prepaid SIM cards.
