Buying Internet Package from Blau.de

Hello guys,

I have tried to buy a Internet package(100 MB) from blau.de, but I couldnt figure it out.

I called 1155 but I couldnt find it in the menu.

If somebody could help, I would be very glad.

Kostenlose Kurzwahl 1155
1. Rufen Sie mit Ihrem blau.de-Handy die kostenlose Kurzwahl 1155 an.
2. Wählen Sie den Menüpunkt 8 und folgen Sie den Sprachanweisungen für das Buchen des 100 MB-Datenpakets.
3. Der Betrag von 3,90 Euro wird von Ihrem Guthabenkonto abgezogen.
4. Nach der Buchung erhalten Sie zeitnah eine Bestätigungs-SMS. Bis zu dieser SMS fällt der normale Datenpreis von 24 Cent pro MB an.
5. Das Datenpaket ist maximal 30 Tage gültig und wird nach Ablauf der 30 Tage automatisch verlängert, wenn dann genug Guthaben auf Ihrem blau.de-Konto vorhanden ist. Wenn das Datenpaket vor Ablauf der 30 Tage verbraucht ist, wird es nicht automatisch verlängert.

4. After booking you will receive promptly a confirmation SMS. Up to that SMS, the normal data price will be 24 cents per MB.
5. The data packet is valid for 30 days and will automatically be renewed after 30 days, then if enough funds in your account blau.de exists. If the packet is consumed before the 30 days, it is not automatically renewed.

but when i press 8,
there is only one item in the menu and thats a festnetz option.

Are you sure, that you do have a BLAU-SIM and not a BLAUWORLD-SIM???

BLAUWORLD only offers a "flatrate" for landlines. Both Simcards are labeled with blau.de (!!) and it is shown "BLAU" on your phone!

If you are not sure:
1. Check your balance (*100#)
2. Send yourself a SMS
3. Check your balance again.
If the diffenence is 9 ct, it is BLAU, if it is 15 ct it is BLAUWORLD

or
Dial 9911 (if not in English dial 3 - 9 - 2). When you are able to deactivate your voicemail (menue 3 - 2 - 8 ), you got BLAU, otherwise it's BLAUWORLD. Voicemail access is free - on BLAU, but 15 ct / Min at BLAUWORLD
