I'm loaning my (+44) United Mobile system to my sister who wants voicemail. I disabled the voicemail. Does anyone know how to turn it back on?

If i can from my um+ an italian sim (switch off) i dont' pay nothing while if i call my TS (switch off) i spend!!What's about you?
