![]() I have a GT-SIM which was previously a call blue sim. In August I started having problems in Italy and they emailed me to say something was changing, and they would send me a new sim. I sent an address, but no new sim. emailed them again last week, but no reply. It is/was a great sim for global roaming, and seems to one of the best for Malta where I now spend a lot of time.
The web site is still up and running, offering the sim, and I can still get into my account. Does anybody know what is going on, and any advice for getting a new sim so I can use my balance, aswell as continuing to use it. |

![]() i also have a gt-sim thats not working. many operaters have suspended their service due to callkey being shutdown. there's lots of posts about this.
i dont think gt-sim will send out any replacements. and i think you will have to forget about your balance. you might want to have a look at the new callblue other. |

![]() Had a look at the callblue web site, and it looks just like what I bought in the first place.... but how can callblue offer this service, when many others no longer can?
I'm somewhat wary having had the previous experience with callblue/gt-sim Cheers Richard |

I've just re-tried my gt-sim and 0044 sims (both 44 7624 1nn nnn) and they do indeed now log onto Manx Telecom (in the Isle of Man). Still get a number range invalid message when calling them so no callback possible. Gt-sim seems to try to send an sms, but it hasn't arrived yet. 0044 refuses to send an sms. ekit (44 7924) still dead. |
