O2-UK 'My Europe' drops to 18ppm (inc VAT) for incoming calls from 20th of July

Good if you only expect to receive limited amounts of calls, whilst roaming. Best thing is that it is free to sign up, so no downside if you have a O2-UK SIM already. Details here.

For higher usage 'My Europe Extra' (or 'Chosen Country Spain' / 'Ireland Bolt on' as applicable) would obviously work out better.

All of the UK networks seem to love giving away prepaid SIM cards often with credit.

So they do, but not necessarily continuously, and some of the links on that page are for affiliate sign-ups via other arrangements, not direct from the networks
