![]() I have been back in the USA one month & leave again for a trip to Europe.
I plan to use UM and Callback world again. I have the same UM Sim which worked well last month. Turned on my phone today & it displays "No service" Anyone know the reason why? I have emailed United Mobile but have not received a reply. |

![]() When I went in Mexico it got connection overnight (after a couple of hours still no signal - the morning after signal). Let the UM sim think a bit about it... you never know.

![]() It may be a network thing. Call the number and see what message you get.

![]() Tried that. I haven't altered any settings. All I did when I returned from my trip was to turn it off. It has been off for one month. Worked perfectly then.

![]() Don't know your phone model...basically in the USA um roams on either T Mobile or Cingular....it is not registering on whichever one it is set to.
Check yourmanual to manually select your roaming carrier...maybe t mobile is not registering but cingular is or vice versa. |

![]() You should borrow a friend's GSM phone (850/1900 at least) to see if the UM SIM works with it. That way you can narrow the problem down to either the SIM or the phone. Good luck.

![]() My SIM registers as usaul on Cingy here in VA. Balance works OK, too.
If another SIM works in the phone and it registers on a US network, it is not the phone. Can you search available networks? I guess sometimes SIM cards go bad -- maybe the are magnetized or something happens to then. Best of luck. Annoying, not doubt.
