warning: Klarmobile is really bad

Just want to warn everybody to avoid getting a prepaid SIM from Klarmobil. Only the latest complaint: I transferred money to their bank account and yet I am still unable to call or send an SMS. I followed all the steps carefully: enter ones bank info (even though it's supposed to be a prepaid plan), transfer the money, etc. No go. And there are other things I could say too, ALL bad. I've tried multiple times to contact them via the contact form one can access from their web site but all I keep getting back is that they are just so busy bla bla bla, and no real response at all. So they've basically stolen 40 EUR from me. Be forwarned.

did you try calling their hotline on 040 34 8585 305 ?
usually they are known for stable service...
