Malta and Cyprus will adopt the Euro on January 1st, 2008. The irrevocably fixed conversion rates for the two currencies are 0,429300 MTL and 0,585274 CYP per Euro.

Dual display of prices will begin in Cyprus officialy on September 1st, 2007 and in Malta, mandatory dual display of prices has already begun on July 10th, 2007, i.e. the day that the introduction of the Euro was concluded and the rate fixed.

This means that for everybody's convenience and since the exchange rate has been irrevocably fixed (although it has been stable for the past two years), prices are displayed on websites and on prepaidgsm.net on both currencies!
