Denmark - numer registration and transfer

Hi,
I'll be moving to Denmark in August to study there. Lycamobile's offer seems to be the best, but I would like to exploit it fully, so at first I would like to get any other network's SIM and transfer it straight away to Lyca to get 200kr of free credit.
This is where some questions arise:
1. Does the card needs to be registered under my name for the number to be tranferred or SIM and phone number is enough? If I have to register it, how do I do that? Ordering it online, where I have to fill in the data to get it delivered, is enough?
2. How long does the transfer take?
I thought about using Lebara to get their card and then move it to Lyca.
