How to Use MobileVoip App for Callback. Not VOIP?

I have downloaded the latest Android version of MobileVoip from Finarea (Ver. 2.94)

On the "settings" screen if you press "call options" you get an informational screen (not a menu that is clickable) telling you that you have the option of using the app for a voip call or call back.

However, I can't figure out how to use the app for callback, I can only make VOIP calls.

Anyone figure out how to get callback working with this app?
