Data card for summer use

I tend to travel to spain 3 times a year during May - November and whilst I have mainly used wifi it would be nice to use data on my mobile at a reasonable rate.

Does anyone have any suggestions? My data use is probably 100mb for each week and I stay for 1-3 weeks each time. Its a case of what to do over the winter to keep it active.
