![]() Hi guys,
I've searched for this info - and I just want to double-check I'm right here ... to avoid problems when I'm on the road! Visiting Spain in October and I've managed to get my hands on a pay as you go Vodafone Spain SIM. I'm loaded up with credit and I want to use it in a 3g dongle for data. So my questions: 1, Do I text C SEM to 2207 to activate the 7-day plan? 2, Anybody got any ideas what APNs etc to use so I can get on the net? Sorry if I'm going over old ground but I just want to be double sure I've got this right. Thanks guys! Chris |

From the information above, what I'm led to believe is that she needs to make sure she has 20 euros of credit on her SIM and text "C SEM" to 2207. Is this correct? She was told, and my previous research indicated, that she should be able to get data for 50 cents per day or 3 euros per week. That seems to contradict the information above. Before I stumbled on the quoted information above, my thought was that I just needed to input the APN and the vodafone/vodafone username and password to get her on that plan. Does anyone have a thought about that? She will be waking up tomorrow morning and I'd love to have something to tell her to get her online. Any help is greatly appreciated. |
