Bulgaria: New Prepaid Offer VIVA International

Vivacom BTC (Bulgaria) has launched a new prepaid offer for international calls to some selected destinations:
- Bosnia and Herzegovina
- Croatia
- Germany
- Greece
- Macedonia
- Montenegro
- Poland
- Romania
- Russia
- Serbia
- Turkey
- Great Britain

Calls to fixed lines cost 0,09 EUR/min, to mobiles in this countries 0,17 EUR/min, Bulgaria inclusive.

I think, an interesting offer at least for those of us who go or live to/in Bulgaria and have friends or famly abroad.
Be aware: "No bonuses are available upon recharge". Means, you cannot further cut these rates using the Mania program.

In this context, VIVA-International is still more expensive - but also more comfortable - compared to VIVA-Ajde (calls to Bulgarian landlines cost 0,08 EUR/min), where you can use callthrough for international calls and addinionally reduce your minute rates up to 0,047 EUR/Min to landlines if you recharge big amounts with the Mania program.

Interesting. I guess existing customers still can't switch to this tariff. Unfortunately Vivacom still lacks competitive data tariffs despite having the worst coverage, especially for 3G.
