Want to Cancel Blau Data Plan, Need Help From Someone Who Reads German -

I have a 30 day flat rate data plan from Blau.de. I just got back to the US from Germany and want to cancel the data plan. Unfortunately, I can't read German so can't figure out how to cancel. Help would be appreciated. Thanks!
