Dutch Update

Hi everybody,

I noticed that the infos about dutch prepaid are a little bit outdated, so i'll give you a update:

T-Mobile:

The After-3 tariff is no more available, but still valid for old customers.

in that place, there is "PrePaid MyFaves" that is nothing more than the "standaard" but with a max. of five numbers of your choice you can pay 0,175 eur. per minute and sms at 0,115 eur.

Orange:

Was merged into T-mobile, and the display show only "t-mobile". old Orange customers can keep their plans. UPC so, roams on t-mobile network.

Simyo:

Everything at 10 cents. that means Set-up fee, SMS, calls to mobile and landline (per minute)
