TIM Alice Maxxi 150 SIM problem

Hi!

I bought TIM Alice Maxxi 150 SIM card today, to use my Nokia N80 as a modem for my laptop.
It was 30 euro.
It doesn't work. It worked for a minutethen stopped.
When I use my AT&T SIM from USA Nokia PC Suite connects to the internet ans it works fine so I know my phone and laptop configuration is fine.

I cant even make phone calls with this TIM card.
I dont speak Italian and my co-worker bought it for me but left the town for the weekend.
Is there waiting period till it start to work?
How do I setup my phone to use internet service (it is supposed to be 150 hours of usage). My co-worker mentioned something about ibox access point.
