Best Solution to call Belgium fixed number from Belgium Mobile

Hallo everyone,
is there any better solution to call Belgium fixed number from Belgium Mobile, apart from SIMYO 5ec/per minute. As I do call one number only, is there any special service pack to call one or a few numbers only?

Most of the others are in the range 9 to ~30 cents a minute, unless you can find one with favourite number options, or calls only charged the first minute or two and make long ones

maybe you can look through the lesser known mvno brands

Or if you call one number really a lot, maybe you could rent an 0800 number, forward it, and call it free
