![]() regarding point 4.) your information isn't correct. The article says GPRS/UMTS service will be available for new customers within six weeks, however it's still not clear, if data services will be available for existing customers.
Further you forgot to mention, that Fränkl announced US-based numbers to become available soon, too. postpaid: O2 on Business XL; prepaid: DE: Aldi Talk, Lidl; UK: 3; BG: MTel, vivacom; RU: MTS; RS: MTS; UAE: du Tourist SIM; INT'L: toggle mobile VoIP: sipgate.de (German DID); sipgate.co.uk (British DID); ukddi.com (British DID); sipcall.ch (Swiss DID); megafon.bg (Bulgarian DID); InterVoip.com |

![]() Yeah nice...but any indication that they can solve the big problem of all these carriers namely the inability to provide reasonable rates in the USA and Canada....

![]() My +423 card is inactive since I took their upgrade to the UM+ card and transferred the balance(spent all except 6 Euro on a trip to the UK). Curious to see if I will be able to add any balance to the inactive +423 card when they do the upgrades, or whether it's defunct and I'll need to get an ICQ card.
Also curious to see if they can get decent +423/ICQ data rates for North America and the Caribbean for the +423 cards, even though as others have noted, their voice rates are pretty bad in some countries (USA, Canada, Mexico, Bermuda, Cuba). Sim Cards: T-Mobile (Mint), AT&T (Mifi device or Kindle), Koko Satphone: InMarSat Broadband US Wireless Data: AT&T postpaid, Sprint (Karma Mobility prepaid) Broadband International Data: SkyRoam VOIP: Skype |

![]() The Carribean is always tough because many of the countries make far more money from roamers than their domestic use
