Has the policy of Yoigo changed to wap only data, as the Prepaidgsm database states ? Is surfing with laptop possible?

in June I used Yoigo to surf with my laptop... just checked the unofficial blog and the navigation seems still possible: http://yoigo.blogspot.com/search/label/Internet
