Maybe it's not the best place to announce this, but here I go.

Base (the 3rd Belgian operator) has something new:

It's subscription-based, but the rates look nice, for Belgian people...

(I'm in no way affiliated with Base, I heard about it on a radio commercial this morning)

The roaming rates would be interesting for people travelling a bit, but for use only from Belgium Simyo + Voipcheap would be a lot cheaper - from 6 cents and no monthly fee
