Truphone -- a VOIP service for the Nokia E Series -- just released a beta of their Version 3.0 of their software and it is kind of interesting. The service offers call forwarding to mobiles and it is tied to the new SIM. When you put a new SIM in the phone, the phone automatically sends a SMS to their server which switches the forward to the new SIM.

Their rates for forwarding are mixed. Some countries are free, but on the countries which are not free they are a bit high. What I like, however, is the ability to change the diversions on the fly.
