United Mobile / Riiing now works in the Isle of Man. They roam on the new Cable and Wireless network (which has not yet launched to local customers, but is working now for roamers, including 09 as well). Outgoing calls, incoming calls, and codes like 089 work fine.

Prior to this, the Isle of Man was one of UM's few gaps in Europe (since they don't roam on Manx Telecom).
