Ok I first want to thank you all for leading me in the right direction with the cell phone info. My wife and I were very worry about staying in contactwith our daughter. Now I think that problem has been solved because of you all. I thank you.
Anyway this is what I plan on doing and feel free to make sugguestions.

I bought a Motorola slv 6 and a Motorola C 139. Tested both phones with T-moble sims works in us.
I am going to have her take the C 139 with her and buy a local sim. If it don't work then buy a phone there.

I don't think there phone plans offer free incoming ,so this is what I planned on doing.

Buying the cheapest international sim so she could receive free incoming. Doing this she will be able to talk to her friends from the US and family longer. I will have them call my voip (Broadvoice) and it will be forwarded to her local number.

What do you all think? Doing this I think will keep the cost down. The only thing she will have to do is take the international sim out when she wants to talk local.
I am buying the international sim because of free incoming.

The Motorola SLRv6 is for me.
