Thumbs down TravelSim make some Financial Miracle - 23-04-2007, 08:08

Those things really scare me in these companies.

I already check here that GT-SIM change the rates without notice, that is really bad.
But what about the companie that use a nosense currency , that I only note today after one month talk with them.
All my cost, I should make using USD and for me, TraveSim was the best price. Now I see . How they can transforme OutGoing Calls EUR$0,59 in USD0,69, it should be almost USD0,80...and the SMS EUR$0,35 in USD0,40, the correct it USD0,53.

I will give all my USD to them give me back in Euros.

It is not fair

I think that it is difficult to find a 100% fair company in this market.

I just talked with the customer care center.
The TravelSIM-card that they sell now are all billed in Euro. They had old cards which were billed in US-$. The US-$ rates are only valid for the old cards that are still billed in US-$.

Not very clever to show the $ rates on the public website in that case i say....
