Vivacity Email Equivalent?

several years ago travelling in Italy I had an email/internet access account with vivacity that I could dial up from hotel phones at low rates charged to the hotel phone.

Is such a service currently available in Italy now?

sorry for the delay, but i just checked... vivacity was sold out and no old emails
