I'm wondering whether to post this in Europe or international ...

It has different options, but to summarise the most interesting bits -

While in Netherlands, calls to Dutch numbers are from ?0.09 per minute, other destinations including foreign mobiles either 29c 39c or 50c per minute depending on which tariff option

The incoming fees for roaming calls in Europe are only 20 cents per minute

What makes it rather less attractive is a minimum use per month of ?5

It took a bit of looking to check, but it's an mvno on Telfort
