italian landline number

i'm looking for a sim with a virtual landline italian number.
globalsim.de and voicesim seems to be very expensive to me. The best offer is yackiemobile (with a landline number of my telephone district for free). Inbound charge on did number is reasonable.
But.....is yackiemobile reliable?
I've read in the forum some problem with old sim and new sim of yackiemobile.
Now their sim are working?
