Bosnia-Hercegovina sim card

Hi,
after a while I'm coming back to ask to these amazing people to act as consultants, as they undoubtely are.

Which is the "best" choice, in your opinion, buying a prepaid BiH sim card (Voice and data low traffic)?

As you see, I put "best" with marks because a lot of things must be considered to define the best solution; for istance, I'm from Italy, I want easily buy and top-up the sim from here, even if it costs a little bit more.

You see: best provider is the most expensive, worst the cheapest.

I edited this country according to user reports recently, so prices should be up to date.
But I'm not aware that any provider accepts an international credit card and topup from abroad.
