![]() Hi, I am going to be walking across France, from Geneva to Roncevaux for 2 months and to keep me sane I'd like to stay in contact with the rest of the world over 3G. I will phone local hotels to make bookings and occassionally phone Germany and the UK.
Reading other posts most people are looking for cheap calls. For me it is all about unlimited email and web access. I will be entering France near Neydens. Given I am walking, the location of the place to purchase a SIM is important, and cost is therefore slightly more flexible than if I could drive to the cheapest place. 1. Do I need to go to a phone store or can I use a newsagent 2. What exactly do I ask for 3. What would be reasonable to pay Thankyou in anticipation. Nicola ![]() |
