What are your experiences of mobile internet plans in Spain?

I have seen that a big limitation is the lack of NIE card (permanent residency) that keeps operators like pepephone (vodaphone) or simyo (orange) out of search. I ended up with MasMovil Tarifa Libre (1GB, 8c/min, no connection fee). The benefit is that once 1GB is reached prior to the bill cycle end, they don't limit the internet speed, just bill 3c per 100MB used.

Any other carriers with similar or better offers or plans for more than 1GB?
