Croatia + Slovenia data

I am going to Croatia+Slovenia soon, and need a pre-paid data plan for my iPhone. I will also make some calls, but data is the main thing i care about.

- Is there a sim that is good for both countries? I guess the question is whether roaming charges are reasonable if I use one of these countries' sims.
- Can I get such a sim over the net or in Israel, or do I have to look for one after I land in Zagreb/Lubliana?
