![]() I dug out my old +423 number again to check and see if it still works.
As a test I used betamax to call the +423 number which in the past has always been unsuccesfull. Now it seems to works and the quality is very good. The rate depends on which betamax carrier you use. Voicetrading showed around 14 cents and voipzoom wanted 20 cents. This is still more expensive than calling a uk mobile number but at least today it seems to works fine. Can anyone else test the +423 number using betamax and see if it works and keeps working. |

![]() I've just tried my +423 United Mobile number from 3 Betamax providers, Justvoip, Smslisto and 18185 they also work fine now, never used to. Cost around 18 Eurocents/min.

![]() Thanks for spotting this. I'm glad to see they've sorted this at last, but if it's by switching to a different wholesale carrier I'm amazed it took them years longer than other providers to realise.
Rings fine from JV 18c (answered and good quality), VB 20c and 18185 17p. I assume that related callthroughs such as Telediscount and Phonecheap would now work as they've switched to higher rate access numbers numbers, but I'm not going to try them all. |
