3 Italy Problems with recharge

hi there

i have ordered a 3 simcard from italy by ebay.
today it arrived.
i got it work here in germany, made the registration to login on the service platform on tre.it.
then i wanted to recharge by paypal, this worked fine, until i got a sms with a url to ricaricaeasy.it which forwards to treclub.tre.it which seems to be not accessible from germany

so what to do now? is this normal with tre? can you also not accedd this treclub.tre.it?

i dont hope i lost the 10 euro for trying to recharge my sim...
