![]() MyGlobalTalk is a DIGITAL system that allows you to place calls with a USA or UK Cell Phones, and bridge off to a very low cost service for International calling. Savings of over 90% off are common compared to cell phone company rates.
We are offering USA and UK numbers. There is NO monthly costs ======================================= www.myglobaltalk.com beta program We are looking for about 900 signups for a beta test of this new site from www.i2telecom.com, parent company of www.voicestick.com Those that wish to be involved will need to sign up at MyGlobalTalk in a normal fashion. A credit card must be used to sign up. ONLY ONE SIGN UP TO THE PROGRAM PER CREDIT CARD (This should help us keep the HOGS out that would flood us looking for free service) A $10 deposit will be PRE AUTHORIZED to your card (Done for fraud checking purposes). When the BETA testers properly put the following code in the AGENT box we will NOT finish the process of charging the card, but we will leave the $10. Or in other words you will get $10 of free calling and no actual charges will be made to your credit card. The code word to type in the AGENT box on the sign up form is MGTBETA1 (Upper or lower case is ok.) There is no monthly charge for the account, and no other garbage charges. There is only one charge for the bridge call, the outbound cost. Call cost will be based on the rate table found on www.myglobaltalk.com. Rates may change as this is a test site, and anything can change This service is designed for use with phones and cell phones. The service at this time may work via other means but in the near future, other SIP type devices may not work. You agree that we may email you from time to time to ask you questions about service quality, site design, usability and other possible issues. Any suggestions that you may offer to us, via any form, will become the property of i2telecom. Really good input could result in additional free credit being granted to some users. This will be done at the discretion of the marketing department, based upon my mood. |

![]() Bruce,
I tried using the customer service page on the MyGlobalTalk website but it kept saying "Failed to send e-mail". I sent you a PM asking you some questions about this new service. |

![]() Bruce...
I don't mean to be skeptical...how is this different from voicestick and also when voicestick first started out they said no monthly charge. Can we be assured there won't be a monthly charge in the future????? |

![]() Well the last guy that came up with the garbage charges was shown the door, and I was invited back. That is about as strong as it gets!

No monthly charges, and a somewhat different cost structure. Currently USA calls with the bridge are less as they do not have a billable cost for the incoming leg (1 cent per on VS) and outbound is the same (2 cents per for USA) International is higher, slightly, as the cost of the inbound is buried into the call. Also, there is a work in progress for a Smart phone application to make the call easy to place. No pre dialing of the code. |

![]() This is not working for UK DID's! Though the USA numbers may work, if anyone here is intending on signing up for use with UK numbers, I would not recommend it yet! They are still sorting things out.
There is some specific discussion about this on a UK orientated forum here: http://forum.niftylist.co.uk/index.php?topic=3578 |
