help with WIND sms

hello all,

i have a WIND prepaid sim card in my blackberry with the free 3 months internet promotion.

i also have the noi wind sms option on my account. i only usually text wind phone numbers since that is what many of my friends have here.

i am getting charged 15cents per message though while texting wind to wind, and im not sure why. the stores here cannot figure it out either.

heres an example from my account traffic:

as you can see, its the same number and i am getting charged sometimes to send these messages. any help would be greatly appreciated
