![]() hello, im currently using a 09 sim in europe, all was well until the card ran out of money completely, i used a separate phone to call and top off, paid the bill, tried the card and no luck, called again and they said the sim is no longer of use because i ran out of $ completely. but they failed to tell me this when i called to top off.
the card is not usable now and they charged me without, of course customer service is unoresposonive, is there anything i can do? |

![]() Wow! Running out of credit renders the sim useless. Thet's nonsense! If that's the case, why did their system let you topup a deactivated/cancelled sim? At a minimum, they should refund the amount of your topup. You probably used a credit card to topup, so contact your bank and deny the charges right away.
Sim cards: AT&T (Contract), 3 UK, Piranha Mobile |

![]() On my visit to Europe just completed, somehow I went through all my O9 credit also. Don't know how it happened as I used CBW and in theory shouldn't have been charged...doesn't seem to be any way to recharge. With tremendous increase in prices to Liechtenstein mobiles, and the fact CBW doesn't seem to work for the Estonian mobile, this indeed is a problem.
