I asked: they plan to inform customers and to remove separate SMS number on all old cars as well. Date unknown while.

and now I use same number for call and sms

And starting from June 1st some rates have decreased and there are some new covered countries, like Vietnam, Uganda, Nicaragua, Reunion, Tuvalu and Yemen

Argentina, Austria, Hong Kong, Israel, Italy, Luxembourg, Oman, Philippines, Poland and Switzerland.
Have increased in Tajikistan.
