![]() My son arrived this AM in Ireland with our Motorola v60 unlocked phone and his new CallBlue SIM. Phone worked yesterday in USA to activate the voucher (pre-payment) for the phone, and it received the Text Message from CallBlue to confirm the activation and the correct account balance. It also worked ok a few weeks ago using a German Vodafone SIM.
But when he tries to make a call in Dublin he gets a voice response saying "Number Not Allowed". These include the CallBlue customer service number (154), our phones in the US, and his friend's phone with an United Mobile SIM. When we try and call him we get a voice message that the number is unavailable. Both he and I have looked completely thru the CallBlue website and couldn't find an answer. He can't call customer service, and when I tried their customer service regular phone number (905-845-9323) I got a message that the number was unavailable. I've sent them an email and so far no response in a couple of hours. Any suggestions about how to proceed would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. |
