What's the best cheap worldwide VOIP service? Not Dellmont

Basically I'm looking for a service similar to Dellmont VOIP providers, works from anywhere, to anywhere, but is more reliable than Dellmont.

What's the next step up the food chain?

I never tested localphone, but it seems cheap and looks more reliable than dellmont.

But if you need rock solid with still low rates I'd say anveodirect (if you don't need the full blown anveo with its little higher rates).

Callwithus is good too.
