The E3272 is the predecessor based on the older HiSilicon Hi6920 chipset while the E3372 comes with the newer HiSilicon V7R2 chipset, the latter which is said to provide better reception.
Also there's a difference in dimensions and weight:
E3272: 93.3 x 30 x 13.31mm / 45g
E3372: 88 x 28 x 11.5 mm / 24 Gramm
