Got the same ticket response. I fly to Bermuda on June 24th and Piranha is promising replacement sim cards to be mailed by June 30th.
So I ordered the Koko Mobile sim card from Switzerland. The FAQ on their website says they mail out orders the same day received weekdays before 10 AM CET.
Phones/Wireless Devices: Doogee S90, Isatphone Pro, Amazon Kindle 3G, SkyRoam MiFi device, Karma MiFi device, AT&T Liberate MiFi device
Sim Cards: T-Mobile (Mint), AT&T (Mifi device or Kindle), Koko
