Default they don't warn you before the balance is blocked - 02-08-2017, 08:01

They also changed the tekst in the warning emails and the moment they send them out.

November 2016:
As you have not made any calls with your SIM card recently, the balance of your account will expire in one month. Please see our terms and conditions for details.
To extend the life of your account balance, simply make a call or send a paid text message or recharge your account within the next month.
July 2017:
As you have not made any calls, sent any texts or used data with your international cell phone or SIM card with number +44......... for 6 months, your service will expire in 7 days time.
This means that you will not be able to use the service using this SIM card, unless you recharge your account with $30 or more via Customer Service or online at within the next 7 days.
Note: now they don't warn you before the balance is blocked, but after it is blocked. So you have to recharge fast to keep the SIM card working. I will not ...
